Sumiya Spa & Hotel, Hiroshima

Upon entering Sumiya Spa & Hotel, I immediately felt a sense of calm. The lobby area had a calming video playing and soothing music that contributed to the wellness theme throughout the hotel. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available to guests, and the water cooler in the lobby was a nice touch. This tranquil ambiance really set the tone for a relaxing stay.

I stayed in a twin room that was not only very spacious but also exceptionally quiet. The shared toilet on the same level was convenient, and I didn't encounter any issues at all. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep after exploring Hiroshima. The room was clean, which is always a priority for me when traveling.

The bathroom facilities were well-maintained and clean. Each shower stall provided good privacy, with separate changing areas. It was refreshing to have these amenities available in a shared setup, making the experience comfortable despite not having a private bathroom. I found the showers to be quite practical, even if they were located on a different floor.

My experience in the Japanese-style double room was fantastic. The Tatami flooring added an authentic touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I loved the traditional feel combined with modern cleanliness. The room was well-equipped and allowed for a comfortable stay, contributing to a restful experience during my visit to Hiroshima.
